SHARON And KELLY OSBOURNE Present At WORLD MUSIC AWARDS: Photos Available

Sharon Osbourne and daughter Kelly were among the presenters at the World Music Awards, which took place Wednesday night (Aug. 31) at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California. The ceremony marked the second time the event has taken place in the United States since it was inaugurated in 1989, according to Billboard.com. Last year's ceremony was held in Las Vegas.

Winners of the World Music Awards are determined by sales figures as certified by the European-based International Federation of the Phonography Industry (IFPI).
